XYZ Pharmacy is a digital health platform that connects patients with registered healthcare professionals for online consultations, treatment recommendations, and where clinically appropriate, the supply of prescription-only medicines.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

To use XYZ Pharmacy you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a country in which we operate.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Providing false or misleading medical information may affect the safety and suitability of any treatment you receive.

XYZ Pharmacy provides access to clinically led health programmes covering a range of conditions including weight management, general health, and more.

Our services include online health assessments reviewed by registered clinicians, personalised treatment plans, prescription services (where clinically appropriate), and ongoing monitoring and support.

XYZ Pharmacy does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 or your local emergency number immediately.

All clinical decisions are made by qualified, registered healthcare professionals. XYZ Pharmacy does not guarantee that a prescription or treatment will be issued following any consultation.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinicians based on clinical assessment, your medical history, and current guidelines. A clinician may decline to prescribe if they consider it clinically inappropriate.

You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and any other information that may affect the suitability of treatment. Failure to do so may result in harm and may constitute a breach of these Terms.

You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. XYZ Pharmacy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or harmful activity.

Certain services are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the stated frequency until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Where prescription medicines are dispensed, they will be fulfilled by a registered pharmacy partner and delivered to your specified address.

Delivery timescales are estimates only. XYZ Pharmacy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive deliveries of prescription medicines and to store medicines in accordance with the instructions provided.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and medical information. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We process your health data under Article 9(2)(h) of the UK GDPR for the purposes of providing medical diagnosis and healthcare services.

All content on the XYZ Pharmacy platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of XYZ Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYZ Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on our platform.

Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
